The brief

Heritage Strategies will replace its legacy web presence with a modern, conversion-focused marketing website that communicates the Heritage Book methodology, builds authority among HNW families and partner advisory firms, and channels qualified leads into Heritage's pipeline.

The site will mirror the editorial sophistication of contemporary boutique-advisory sites and inherit proven architectural patterns.

What success looks like

  • Establish a credible, premium digital presence that reflects Heritage's brand.
  • Convert qualified visitors into discovery calls and book consultations.
  • Communicate the Heritage Book methodology through structured sub-pages and embedded video.
  • Provide a content engine (blog, insights, resources) the Content Master Agent can fill ongoing.
  • Capture and route inbound leads to Heritage's CRM in real time.

3.1   Foundation & design system

What Heritage provides

For Supernal to start at full velocity, Heritage provides the following in week 0 to 1. Any delay extends the timeline day-for-day. Several items may already exist within Supernal's stack from prior Heritage work. We will inventory what is reusable in week 0 and only ask Heritage to provide the gaps.

6.1   Engagement & approvals

  • Single named approver to sign off on design and content.
  • Weekly 30-minute review call during build.

6.2   Brand & visual

  • Logo files (SVG and PNG with transparent BG, light and dark variants).
  • Brand guidelines: colors, typography, voice, do and don't.
  • Photography: team headshots (production-grade), office and lifestyle imagery, partner firm photography (with consent), or a stock photo budget.
  • Existing video files (intro, testimonial, demo) and approved transcripts.
  • Partner firm logos (with written display consent) and credential badges (FINRA, CFP®, ChFC®, CLU®).

6.3   Content & copy

  • Company narrative: mission, history, why we do this.
  • Service descriptions for each service tab (one paragraph plus 3 to 5 bullets per service).
  • Team bios (50 to 80 words each) and roles.
  • Three to five testimonials with attribution rights, plus 1 to 2 anonymized case stories.
  • Milestone numbers: years in business, books delivered, capital protected.
  • Press mentions (publication, date, link) and any awards.
  • Career content: culture pitch, open roles, benefits, candidate FAQs.
  • 10 to 15 prioritized FAQs per service.
  • One seed blog article, or a topic and bullet outline (Supernal can ghostwrite as Change Order).

6.4   Operational access

  • Domain registrar and DNS admin access.
  • CRM credentials and field mapping.
  • ESP credentials and approved sender domain.
  • Calendar booking tool account.
  • ATS account with API access for Career page application sync.
  • Google Workspace admin contact for GA4 setup.

6.5   Legal

  • Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Accessibility Statement, drafted by Heritage's counsel.
  • Cookie consent text approved by counsel (CCPA).
  • Data processing addendum, if required.
