Ongoing Training

Continuous Supernal-led training so the Heritage team can operate and refine each AI Employee on its own.

The brief

Supernal trains the Heritage team alongside the build calendar. The goal is operational independence: by the end of each AI Employee's build window, the Heritage team can manage the editorial CMS, review the help-desk knowledge base, and read the right operational signals without Supernal in the loop.

Training is light-touch and continuous, not a workshop series. Sessions are scheduled around live build milestones so coaching lands when the team is closest to the work.

What success looks like

  • The Heritage team can independently operate Foreman, Hank, Stephen, and Sam after their respective hypercare windows close.
  • Heritage editors can manage blog posts, team members, testimonials, and pricing tiers in the editorial CMS without engineering involvement.
  • Heritage's compliance officer can review conversation archives, audit trails, and retention rules without Supernal walkthroughs.
  • The team can read the Monday rundown, account health, and prep-protocol cadence without coaching after week 8 of any AI Employee.

What the training covers

3.1   Using each AI Employee

  • Foreman: capture meetings, approve action items, read the Monday rundown.
  • Hank: read the client record, approve drafts, follow the happy-path checklist.
  • Stephen: review and approve blog posts and the newsletter.
  • Sam: review escalations and step in when needed.

3.2   Reading the reports

  • Account health, content performance, help desk metrics, Monday rundown.
  • What each color and signal means. What to act on, what to ignore.

3.3   Editing and governance

  • Editing the websites in /admin: blog posts, team, testimonials, pricing tiers.
  • Compliance reviews of conversation archives.
  • Updating happy paths, escalation rules, and tone of voice as Heritage evolves.

3.4   How to think and act AI-native

  • Default to the AI first. Ask Foreman, Hank, or Sam before you ask a colleague.
  • Treat AI Employees as teammates. Give them feedback the way you would give it to a person.
  • Let the AI draft and do the work; you review and refine. Stop starting from a blank page.

How sessions run

  • Weekly meetings with the Heritage team and PM leads cover ongoing training: what just shipped, what is coming, how to read the platform's signals, and hands-on practice with new features.
  • Async question-level coaching by email between sessions. A dedicated Slack or MS Teams channel optional.
  • Recorded sessions and a written knowledge handoff at the close of each AI Employee’s hypercare window.
